I'm not sure all of the audience know what "stipend" is, or it's definition is in this contacts. Just a couple of comments, I thought we decided on quarterly payment vs. monthly to start. The first page indicates the driver will be paid monthly. Also, on the rider responsibilities, the submission of payment the same day need further clarification regarding when and getting a posted, addressed envelop from the driver.
